My Review

I read this book on October 24th 2013.

Cage and Eva's new book is even hotter than the other one. Falling in love with Cage all over again was fun.
"Sometimes It Lasts" by Abbi Glines seemed different from her other books. When I've read her books previously they seemed like a light read. Now, this book was a light read, but seemed to have heavier issues.
When Cage and Eva broke up, they broke up for a real reason. In Abbi Glines other books, people usually broke up for weird reasons. Like in "Breathe", Sadie broke up with Jax because there was a picture in a magazine of him with another girl. I know that this was kind of the situation in this book, but they were separated for much longer and it was more than pictures. There was kissing, making out and inappropriate touching. "Sometimes It Lasts" was my favourite out of the series so far and I adored the characters in this book.
Before I continue, I have to say Cage is one of the few guys I find swoon-worthy! In books, I only have about 3 book boyfriends that I actually mention! I was in love with Cage the second he strolled into "While It Lasts" with way to much confidence.

Lets start at the beginning. Cage and Eva's relationship made me jealous so much! I want a Cage real bad! And when he told Eva he was going to Tennessee for her, not him, I couldn't stop smiling. Then there are more complications. Annoying teammates, strippers that don't leave you alone, and death. When Ace set up Cage, I was so upset! Then Cage and Eva broke up and were broken up for almost the entire book...
I just couldn't hold in my feelings! I was telling my sister about how frustrating it was!

I know some people are like, there apart for almost the entire book? How is that exciting?
Oh, believe me it is exciting! I loved this book and couldn't put it down!
Cage always told Eva that they would always be together, and he definitely lived up to that!

All in all, this book was a great read and I loved the characters in this book! I recommend this book to older readers, because if you like Abbi Glines, you'll love this book! I know i did!
